A short primer is attached. The primer introduces the Novarum group of companies, together with our Confidentiality Agreement and Master Service Agreement (including example Work Orders). Once the Confidentiality and Master Service Agreements are in place, customers will be provided with full details of Novarum Global Trading GmbH's Operating Guidelines, Service and Expense Agreements, Capital Adequacy Test and any other relevant documentation.
